Dubai Parks & Resorts BoD approves capital increase
Dubai Parks & Resorts (DPR) has announced that its Board of Directors (BoD) has approved increasing the share capital, to partially fund the proposed “Six Flag Dubai Project,” without giving further details. The capital increase is yet to be approved by the shareholders and the regulator. (DFM)
