Dubai Holding forms new theme parks and media unit
Dubai Holding has announced the formation of a family entertainment and new media entity that will handle projects worth AED10 billion (USD2.7 billion) in the next five years. The unit will oversee theme park Global Village and radio broadcaster Arab Media Group, as well as implement a plan to develop new family destinations and build international production business communities in new media. AMG chief executive Mohamed Almulla has been appointed to lead it. (Gulf News)
