Riyadh Metro chief confirms contractors paid on time, project to be completed on time
Officials working on Saudi Arabia's USD23 billion Riyadh Metro project have said that contractors working on the project are being paid on time, despite turbulent economic conditions. They also said that they are confident that the project will be completed on time. Upon its completion, the project will include six lines and 85 stations, set for 2019, confirmed Alwalid Alekrish, director of construction for development projects at Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA), and project director of Riyadh Metro.
